3 \u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u672a\u8fbe\u6807<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tas-205-phase-3-clinical-study\">TAS-205 3\u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76 NCT04587908<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u5f00\u5c55\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167\u3001\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u53cc\u76f2\u3001\u95e8\u8bca\u961f\u5217\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5bf9\u8c61\u4e3a5\u5c81\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7537\u6027\u675c\u6c0f\u808c\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u75c7 (DMD) \u60a3\u8005\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30TAS-205\u7684\u7597\u6548\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e3a\u6bcf\u65e5\u4e24\u6b21\u53e3\u670dTAS-205\u6216\u5b89\u6170\u5242\uff0c\u6301\u7eed52\u5468\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4e8e2020\u5e7411\u6708\u81f32023\u5e7412\u6708\u572826\u4e2a\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5171\u5165\u7ec482\u540d\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u7ed3\u679c\u5c06\u5728\u5373\u5c06\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/study\/NCT04587908\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAS-205 3\u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-tas-205\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f TAS-205\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAS-205\uff08INN\uff1a\u5339\u7956\u683c\u5170\u53f8\u4ed6\uff09\u662f\u7531Taiho Pharmaceutical\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u9020\u8840\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7d20D\u5408\u9176\uff08HPGDS*\uff09\u6291\u5236\u5242\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u6b63\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u675c\u6c0f\u808c\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u75c7\uff08DMD\uff09\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u808c\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u86cb\u767d\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u7c7b\u578b\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u5747\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236HPGDS\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267DMD\u60a3\u8005\u808c\u8089\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u9176\uff09\u6765\u63a7\u5236DMD\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u529f\u80fd\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tas-205-dmd-therapy-misses-the-mark-in-phase-iii-trial\">TAS-205 DMD \u7597\u6cd5\u5728 3 \u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u672a\u8fbe\u6807<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u867d\u7136Taiho\u516c\u53f8\u5e76\u672a\u63d0\u53ca\u5339\u7956\u683c\u5170\u53f8\u4ed6\u6216REACH-DMD\u7684\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u4f46\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8868\u793a\u5c06\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7684\u533b\u5b66\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u516c\u5e03\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5c1a\u672a\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u4ee5\u5916\u5730\u533a\u5f00\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DMD \u7fa4\u4f53\u5bf9\u6b64\u7ed3\u679c\u611f\u5230\u5931\u671b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5339\u7956\u683c\u5170\u53f8\u4ed6\u66fe\u88ab\u5ba3\u4f20\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u6f5c\u5728\u7684 DMD \u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u81f4\u75c5\u7684\u808c\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u86cb\u767d\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u7c7b\u578b\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u3002DMD \u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u6cbb\u7597\u7b56\u7565\u662f\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e HPGDS\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u57fa\u56e0\u4f1a\u589e\u5f3a DMD
