\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0e\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u7597\u6cd5\u8054\u5408\u53e3\u670d\u7684\u6df7\u60ac\u6db2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-rank-math-toc-block\" \u5b89\u5168\u5417\uff1f<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#duvyzat-approved-in-europe\">Duvyzat \u5df2\u83b7\u6b27\u6d32\u6279\u51c6<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"is-duvyzat-a-treatment-for-dmd\">Duvyzat \u53ef\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7597 DMD \u5417\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DMD \u65e0\u6cd5\u6cbb\u6108\uff0c\u6cbb\u7597\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u7597\u6cd5\u3001\u9884\u9632\u631b\u7f29\u4ee5\u53ca\u5fc3\u810f\u548c\u547c\u5438\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u533b\u7597\u62a4\u7406\u3002\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/dmdwarrior.com\/zh\/duvyzat-givinostat-nonsteroidal-drug\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1462\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f Duvyzat (givinostat)\uff1f<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"is-duvyzat-safe\">Duvyzat \u5b89\u5168\u5417\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duvyzat \u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u6982\u51b5\u57fa\u4e8e 179 \u540d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6570\u636e\u3002\u63a5\u53d7 Givinostat \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u5e94\u5305\u62ec\u8179\u6cfb\u3001\u8179\u75db\u3001\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u51cf\u5c11\u75c7\uff08\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u6c34\u5e73\u964d\u4f4e\uff09\u3001\u5455\u5410\u3001\u9ad8\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\u8840\u75c7\uff08\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u8102\u80aa\uff09\u6c34\u5e73\u5347\u9ad8\uff09\u548c\u53d1\u70e7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"duvyzat-approved-in-europe\">Duvyzat \u5df2\u83b7\u6b27\u6d32\u6279\u51c6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duvyzat \u5efa\u8bae\u83b7\u5f97\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0a\u5e02\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u5236\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u65e9\u671f\u83b7\u53d6\u6ee1\u8db3\u672a\u6ee1\u8db3\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u836f\u7269\u3002\u6b64\u7c7b\u6279\u51c6\u5141\u8bb8 FDA \u63a8\u8350\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u4e0d\u5982\u901a\u5e38\u9884\u671f\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u836f\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u4e0a\u5e02\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u53ef\u7acb\u5373\u4f9b\u60a3\u8005\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u597d\u5904\u5927\u4e8e\u5c1a\u672a\u83b7\u5f97\u6240\u6709\u6570\u636e\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u786e\u8ba4 Duvyzat \u7684\u7597\u6548\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u80fd\u591f\u884c\u8d70\u7684 DMD \u60a3\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u9879\u968f\u673a\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u63a5\u53d7 givinostat \u6cbb\u7597\u7684 6 \u5c81\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a DMD \u513f\u7ae5\u60a3\u8005\u767b\u8bb0\u518c\u7684\u6570\u636e\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u9879\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u7597\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CHMP \u91c7\u7eb3\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u662f Duvyzat \u8d70\u5411\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u95f4\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002\u8be5\u610f\u89c1\u5c06\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u6b27\u76df\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c31\u5176\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u8bb8\u53ef\u505a\u51fa\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u83b7\u5f97\u4e0a\u5e02\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u5728\u672c\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u536b\u751f\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u4f5c\u7528\/\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u4ef7\u683c\u548c\u62a5\u9500\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
