sonra motor fonksiyonun temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinde ististiksel olarak anlaml\u0131 ve klinik olarak anlaml\u0131 iyile\u015fmeler g\u00f6sterdi,\u4f0a\u4f0a\u8fd9\u662f harici kontrol group kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda\u3002\u9876\u90e8 Elevidys \u662f tedavinin\uff0ctedavi s\u0131ras\u0131nda dort ila sekiz ya\u015flar\u0131ndaki bireylerde hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilerlemesinin uzun vadeli \u7a33\u5b9asyonu veya yava\u015flamas\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0e\u5339\u914d\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5728 EMBARK\uff08III \u5728\u8fd0\u52a8\u529f\u80fd\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u65b9\u9762\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u7edf\u8ba1\u5b66\u4e0a\u663e\u8457\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u4e34\u5e8a\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u6539\u5584\u3002\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u65f6\u5e74\u9f84\u4e3a \u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u65b0\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8bc4\u4f30 Elevidys \u5bf9\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5728 EMBARK \u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u6210\u50cf (MRI) \u5bf9\u90e8\u5206\u4e2a\u4f53\u7684\u808c\u8089\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u808c\u8089\u75c5\u7406\u53d8\u5316\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u7b2c 52 \u5468\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e0e\u63a5\u53d7\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7 Elevidys \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u8d8b\u4e8e\u7a33\u5b9a\u6216\u51cf\u7f13\u3002\u7b2c 104 \u5468\uff0c\u4e0e\u7b2c 52 \u5468\u7684\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u808c\u8089\u548c\u808c\u8089\u7fa4\u7684 MRI \u53d8\u5316\u4e0e\u57fa\u7ebf\u76f8\u6bd4\u4ecd\u7136\u666e\u904d\u6709\u5229\u4e8e
