class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Satellos \u8054\u5408\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Frank Gleeson \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec 1 \u671f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5065\u5eb7\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u62db\u52df\u7684\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u5f00\u53d1\u53d8\u9769\u6027\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a SAT-3247 \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u9896\u3001\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u826f\u597d\u4e14\u66f4\u6709\u5229\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u53e3\u670d\u3001\u6bcf\u65e5\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u7597\u6cd5\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6062\u590d\u6240\u6709 DMD \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u808c\u8089\u518d\u751f\u548c\u4fee\u590d\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u836f\u7269\u8fd8\u662f\u8f85\u52a9\u7597\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fdb\u5c55\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5373\u5c06\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u5927\u578b\u533b\u5b66\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u5c55\u793a\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279 1 \u671f\u6570\u636e\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5e76\u63a8\u8fdb\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a DMD \u793e\u533a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAT-3247 \u516c\u544a\u6458\u8981<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u4ecd\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e 2025 \u5e74\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b63\u5ea6\u5728\u5373\u5c06\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5927\u578b\u533b\u5b66\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u62a5\u544a\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5065\u5eb7\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\u5355\u6b21\u548c\u591a\u6b21\u9012\u589e\u5242\u91cf (SAD \u548c MAD) \u961f\u5217\u7684 1a \u671f\u6570\u636e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u9488\u5bf9 DMD \u60a3\u8005\u7684 1b \u7684\u6210\u5e74\u5fd7\u613f\u8005<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7b2c 2 \u9636\u6bb5 IND \u7533\u8bf7\u6709\u671b\u4e8e 2025 \u5e74\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b63\u5ea6\u672b\u63d0\u4ea4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5173\u4e8e SAT-3247 \u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7531\u4e24\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u7ec4\u6210\u3002\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\uff0c72 \u540d\u5065\u5eb7\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u76f2\u6cd5\u3001\u968f\u673a\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167\u3001\u4ea4\u9519\u3001\u5e73\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc4\u4f30 SAT-3247 \u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7279\u6027\u3002\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u88ab\u968f\u673a\u5206\u914d\u5230\u4e94\u4e2a SAD \u961f\u5217\u3001\u56db\u4e2a MAD \u961f\u5217\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u98df\u7269\u6548\u5e94\u5242\u91cf\u961f\u5217\u4e2d\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5373\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684 1b \u671f\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\u3002\u591a\u8fbe 10 \u540d\u7ecf\u57fa\u56e0\u8bc1\u5b9e\u60a3\u6709 DMD \u7684\u6210\u5e74\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u5c06\u53c2\u52a0\u4e3a\u671f 28 \u5929\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u6807\u7b7e\u5355\u5242\u91cf\u961f\u5217\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc4\u4f30\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u836f\u4ee3\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u7279\u6027\u5e76\u63a2\u7d22\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u836f\u6548\u5b66\u6807\u5fd7\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 Satellos \u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u518d\u751f\u675c\u6c0f\u808c\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u75c7 (DMD \u6216 Duchenne) \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9000\u884c\u6027\u6216\u635f\u4f24\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u4e22\u5931\u7684\u9aa8\u9abc\u808c\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002Satellos \u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u8fdb SAT-3247 \u4f5c\u4e3a DMD
