Na DMB, a doen\u00e7a normalmente apresenta sintomas mais leves, e os pacientes geralmente conseguem andar at\u00e9 os 40 ou 50 anos de idade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-happens-in-duchenne-muscular-dystrophy\">O que acontece na distrofia muscular de Duchenne?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na distrofia muscular de Duchenne (DMD), um ou mais exons s\u00e3o deletados, impedindo que as partes restantes do gene sejam corretamente unidas.
