Au 20 f\u00e9vrier 2025, date limite de collecte des donn\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les donn\u00e9es de phase 1a ont montr\u00e9 que le SAT-3247 \u00e9tait s\u00fbr et bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9 dans toutes les cohortes de volontaires sains. Aux doses efficaces pr\u00e9vues chez l&#039;homme, le SAT-3247 n&#039;a entra\u00een\u00e9 aucun effet ind\u00e9sirable clinique sur aucun param\u00e8tre mesur\u00e9, notamment les analyses de laboratoire, les signes vitaux, l&#039;ECG et l&#039;examen physique. Aucun effet ind\u00e9sirable mod\u00e9r\u00e9 ou grave li\u00e9 au m\u00e9dicament n&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9, quelle que soit la dose \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les donn\u00e9es pharmacocin\u00e9tiques de phase 1a ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une coh\u00e9rence avec les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cliniques de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
