{"id":1855,"date":"2024-12-12T14:23:56","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T11:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmdwarrior.com\/?p=1855"},"modified":"2024-12-12T14:26:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-12T11:26:49","slug":"18-digit-code-wnt7a-that-allows-proteins-to-hitch-a-ride-around-the-body","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmdwarrior.com\/fr\/18-digit-code-wnt7a-that-allows-proteins-to-hitch-a-ride-around-the-body\/","title":{"rendered":"Des chercheurs d\u00e9couvrent un code \u00e0 18 chiffres (Wnt7a) qui permet aux prot\u00e9ines de se d\u00e9placer dans le corps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Des chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa et de l\u2019H\u00f4pital d\u2019Ottawa ont d\u00e9couvert un code \u00e0 18 chiffres (Wnt7a) que les prot\u00e9ines peuvent utiliser pour se lier aux exosomes, qui sont de minuscules fragments de cellules qui se d\u00e9placent dans tout le corps et transmettent des informations biochimiques.<\/strong> Cette d\u00e9couverte, rapport\u00e9e dans Science Advances, a des r\u00e9percussions importantes sur le domaine \u00e9mergent du traitement par exosomes, qui vise \u00e0 utiliser les exosomes pour transporter des m\u00e9dicaments contre une s\u00e9rie de maladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le Dr Michael Rudnicki, auteur principal de l\u2019\u00e9tude, directeur du Programme de m\u00e9decine r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital d\u2019Ottawa et professeur \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa, \u00ab les prot\u00e9ines sont les m\u00e9dicaments fabriqu\u00e9s par le corps lui-m\u00eame, mais elles ne circulent pas n\u00e9cessairement bien dans le corps. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette d\u00e9couverte, nous pouvons d\u00e9sormais utiliser les exosomes pour transporter n\u2019importe quelle prot\u00e9ine dans tout le corps. <strong>Il donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un tout nouveau domaine de d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9dicaments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Dr Rudnicki et ses coll\u00e8gues ont d\u00e9couvert qu&#039;une prot\u00e9ine appel\u00e9e Wnt7a, essentielle au d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 la croissance, \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et au cancer, contient un code postal ou code ZIP ciblant les exosomes. Ils ont d&#039;abord d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 de Wnt7a \u00e0 se lier aux exosomes. Ils ont ensuite \u00e9limin\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9gions de la prot\u00e9ine Wnt7a jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;ils identifient la r\u00e9gion la plus courte responsable du ciblage des exosomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce composant de 18 acides amin\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9 peptide de liaison aux exosomes (EBP).
