SpinCo wird von Kathleen Gallagher, derzeit Chief Program Officer von Avidity, als CEO geleitet. Sarah Boyce, derzeit CEO von Avidity, wird den Vorsitz des Verwaltungsrats \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novartis \u00fcbernimmt die neurowissenschaftlichen Programme und die Pipeline von Avidity und erh\u00e4lt Zugang zu dessen differenzierter RNA-Targeting-Plattform.
