Januar 2025 positive klinische Daten f\u00fcr seine Therapien DYNE-101 und DYNE-251 bekannt. DYNE-101 f\u00fcr myotone Dystrophie Typ 1 (DM1) zeigte eine signifikante Spleisskorrektur und funktionelle Verbesserungen, was Dyne dazu veranlasste, eine globale Registrierungserweiterungskohorte der ACHIEVE-Studie mit einer Registrierungsdosis von 6,8 mg\/kg Q8W und eine potenzielle Einreichung eines beschleunigten Zulassungsverfahrens in den USA im ersten Halbjahr 2026 zu planen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unterdessen strebt DYNE-251, das auf die Duchenne-Muskeldystrophie (DMD) abzielt, in den USA ebenfalls eine beschleunigte Zulassung auf der Grundlage von Dystrophin als Surrogatendpunkt an.
