Critères d'inclusion
- Le patient ou son parent/tuteur légal est disposé et capable de fournir son consentement éclairé écrit une fois que la nature du registre a été expliquée et avant le début de toute procédure liée au registre.
- Le patient et/ou son parent/tuteur sont disposés et capables de remplir des questionnaires sur la qualité de vie.
- Patients de sexe masculin âgés d'au moins 2 ans.
- Diagnostic confirmé de DMD (via des tests génétiques ou une biopsie musculaire sans coloration de la dystrophine aux anticorps anti-dystrophine 3, 1 ou 2, ou immunohistochimie de la dystrophine ou Western blot).
Critères d'exclusion
Toute contre-indication à AGAMREE® ou condition médicale qui, de l'avis de l'enquêteur, affecterait la participation au registre, les performances ou l'interprétation des évaluations du registre.
